Information on ABAPDC Donations

ABAPDC Ltd (Alpha Boys' Association for Poor and Disadvantaged Children Ltd) is a verifiable registered UK Charity (no. 1104983). It is also a UK registered company limited by guarantee (no. 05127073). We hope you will make a donation to our charity.

We operate within the guidelines of the Charity Commission's recommendation, and thereby do not just "hand over money" to a receiving overseas body or person without clear accountability from those who are so receiving it. On occasions however we will pass on funds directly to, for example, identified children’s homes if they are designated for that funding by sponsors. ABAPDC has a local Jamaican group that uses monies to support a number of projects aimed at enabling our agreed work with vulnerable youths.  In turn all activities or outcomes are reported back to our membership and to the Charity Commission.  Administration costs are generally negligible and kept to a minimum.

We chose to use PayPal because it offers the best, safest and most hassle free way of doing this transaction, other than direct online payments into our account.
